Thank you for shopping with upscalefashiondesign.com. We are committed to providing a safe and secure shopping experience with our upmost priority being the protection and security of our customer’s private information.


Information Sharing:

Upscale Fashion Design is dedicated to the privacy and security of our customer’s information. We do not share your information gathered during the checkout process with anyone and is kept confidential except for processing your order such as your shipping address to USPS or UPS or to run your payment. Our goal is to make your online shopping experience as safe and secure as possible.


Shipping Options:

Shipping in the United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. If you need shipping outside the United States, Please email sales@upscalefashiondesign.com. Ground Shipping is offered at NO CHARGE. Additional Shipping Options include UPS or Ground Flat Rate USPS for your shipping needs at normal rates.

Order Processing:

Please allow 1-2 days for processing. Once your credit card has been processed, we will ship your order through your choice of USP or USPS. If you place an order after 5pm (CT) on Friday, your order will not be processed until Monday. Same goes for weekend orders, we cannot process until Monday.


Cancelation or Refund Policy:

We understand things happen and you may need to change or cancel your order. We empathize and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately!! Keep in mind, once we have processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes or cancel your order. We recognize the risks associated with ordering online and will do our best to be Return-Friendly. To receive a refund, you must contact us by phone within 5 days of receipt of your order. The rules for a refund are (subject to change or add to):

*Wrong item shipped (not what you ordered/our fault)

*Item damaged

* Missing Item from your order

Please note that  items marked as “FINAL SALE” are purchased at a discounted price and are as stated “FINAL SALE” items so “NO REFUNDS” will be offered on those items.


Return or Exchange Policy:

Again, we understand that ordering online can have its challenges and we are here to help in any way we can for complete customer satisfaction. If you need to return an item, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Also keep in mind that we only have a limited number in stock with no guarantee that we can reorder the item you are returning or exchanging. There is no guarantee that we will have the size in stock for an exchange so let me stress to please pay close attention to the “SIZE CHART”. The rules for a return or exchange are:

* Returnable items will be credited back after we receive the item. Please see the below list of conditions on “Returnable” items.  If you have an unexpected circumstance arise, let us know when you call within the 5 days.



* All items must have original tags attached, unwashed, and un-worn.

* All items must be free of any smoke, perfume, deodorants, lotions, pet hair, and be in its original condition. At our discretion, if the item(s) include any but not limited to the following, we reserve the right to disallow the return or exchange and your item will be sent back to you with incurring shipping charges.

* All items must be in its original packaging and include the original receipt.

* Shipping is non-refundable unless it was a mistake on our end.

* All returns must be received within 30 days of the ship date.

* Once we receive your return or exchange, please allow up to 7 days for us to process.


Gift Cards (Store Credit)

Gift cards will be sent via email and does not expire.
